Employee Benefits Institute of America (EBIA) publishes manuals and presents seminars that help administrators, benefit-plan sponsors and advisors understand state and federal legislation. MercuryCloud partnered with EBIA to deliver a navigable, aesthetically balanced e-commerce website, with a back-end tool that would offer a simple, non-technical way to update pages.
